Return and Exchange

CANCELLATION

The cancellation request will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.  To place a cancellation request please Write to us at ikjewelswaram@gmail.com 100% of the amount will be refunded within 7-8 working days.

 

RETURN

To return the product bought by you, please write to us on ikjewelswaram@gmail.com with a valid reason. The decision of taking the product back strictly depends on our decision made based on your reason to return the product. All the shipping charges to send the order back to us will be yours and the full amount will be refunded in 7-8 working days after the product reaches us.

Damaged products will not be returned.

 

EXCHANGE

To exchange the product bought by you, please write to us on ikjewelswaram@gmail.com . Exchanges will be done only if you receive a different design compared to the product which you ordered. If you have ordered the same product as you received , exchanges won't be entertained. Used products will not be exchanged. All the shipping charges to send the order back to us will be yours. Finally, the charges to send the exchanged product to you will be ours for the first time. If the product is exchanged more than one time all the charges of shipping will be after the first exchange will be borne by you.
